Our delivery time begins upon order acceptance and includes a 24-hour lead time, during which your items will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note that this time may be longer during promotional periods.
As soon as your order is packaged, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
6. What should I do if delivery is delayed/What happens if my package is lost?
Our packages are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we also deeply regret it, we can do the following:
