Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can contact us at salvavidacare@outlook.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or was delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange: The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return it. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day right of withdrawal within the European Union: Notwithstanding the foregoing, for shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
